What started as a sunrise lens test for the Sigma Art 18-35mm f/1.8, turned into a deeply personal experimental-type short film about self-acceptance and freedom from toxic, judgemental energy. Alan Watts’ voice always does something to me when I hear it and I’ve always wanted to use the texture of it and the instant nostalgia it seems to evoke to help tell a story. Enjoy.
